We want you to know exactly what to expect when ordering from 3 Broke Girls Cookies. Please read the information below before placing your order.

🍪 Freshly Baked To Order

All of our cookies are baked fresh to order from our home kitchen in Brisbane, Queensland.

Because our cookies are made fresh, we don't dispatch orders immediately after they are placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always do our best to keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.

📦 Shipping

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express with tracking.

Our flat-rate Express shipping is $15 AUD.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please keep an eye on your tracking, as we cannot control delays once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times

Australia Post Express generally takes approximately 1–3+ business days, depending on your location. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Please remember that processing time is separate from shipping time.

For example:

2 business days processing + 1–3+ business days shipping = approximately 3–5+ business days from ordering.

🏠 Home Kitchen & Allergen Information

Our cookies are made in a home kitchen where other food products and allergens may be present.

We take extensive precautions to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, including cleaning and sanitising our workspace and equipment and taking additional precautions when preparing products containing specific allergens.

However, because our products are made in a home kitchen, we cannot guarantee that our cookies are completely free from traces of allergens or cross-contamination.

Our cookies may contain or come into contact with ingredients including:

Wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and other allergens.

Some flavours may contain specific nuts or other allergens. Please check the individual product description before ordering.

⚠️ Nut Allergies

Our pistachio and other nut-containing products are prepared separately where possible, with thorough cleaning undertaken before and after preparation. However, they are still produced in the same home kitchen.

If you have a severe or life-threatening food allergy, please do not purchase our products.

📦 Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

If you enter an incorrect address and the parcel is returned to us, additional postage may be required to resend your order.

🌡️ Looking After Your Cookies

Our cookies are shelf stable and can last for up to 2 weeks when stored appropriately.

For the best taste and texture, keep your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. They can also be stored in the fridge if preferred.

While our cookies can be enjoyed for up to 2 weeks when stored correctly, we recommend enjoying them as fresh as possible for the best flavour and texture. 🍪

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for deterioration caused by incorrect storage, exposure to heat or moisture, or leaving your parcel unattended in unsuitable conditions after delivery.

💌 Missing, Damaged or Delayed Orders

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, it is in their delivery network.

If your parcel is delayed, please first check your tracking information.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and cookies so we can assess the issue and assist you.
